Camping Southern Tier New York

I like the outdoors and to camp at new locations.                              https://mycampingvacationsites.com                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         There are a lot of places people could camp at N, Y. State for vacation get away. Lots of forests, streams, rivers and valleys at Southern Tier New York. Someone could rent or bring a camper to most any locations in the area. There are cabins and lodging also available to rent. Review items to bring with you so you don’t forget anything. Look for a good location to set up camp and pitch a tent.                                                                                                                     A variety of sleeping bags to choose from.  Bring a good tent and some camping chairs and even a hammock to relax in. A blow-up mattress could be placed into a tent for a comfortable night’s sleep. Hiking with a group of people can be lots of fun and adventurous. Wear cushion sneakers or boots and never hike alone if possible. Never hike alone if possible. Someone could get hurt and have no way to get help. Bring a backpack and canteen for cool water.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Canoeing or boating can be a lot of fun. Someone should be concerned about rapids or swift currents. Wear a life jacket is a good idea. Cell phone connection might not be available in some areas. Variety of animals and food should be put away at night and not left out. Bring a camera for some awesome views to remember. Fishing on a boat or land can be lots of fun. Build a campfire to eat any fish you catch.  A cooler to store food and drinks. A lantern for nighttime use is a good idea. Fire does emit some light a distance. Bug spray for those nasty flying insects. Small game hunting someone could maybe do if you like.                                                                                                                          There are bears in areas and always be aware of surroundings while camping. Need to be aware there are poisonous snakes in some places. Jump in a river or lake to cool off on hot summer days. Could go tubing on a river or lake. Could play board and card games. corn hole, ring toss, and horseshoes are popular games These are some things to keep in mind to bring on someone’s camping adventure.                                                    Leave a message in comments if you like.
