                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Traveling into the park has a pool near the parking lot.  There are many hiking trails in the area. One runs along a gorge with waterfalls and a creek. More than an hour hike. Sights are beautiful and there are lots of steps going up or down along the trail. Rocky cliffs along the way with the trail.  A swimming area by the lower falls. About a dozen water falls along the trail. A must to bring a camera along for this adventure.                                                                                                                                                         Find a good location to set up camp and pitch a tent. Rent or bring your own camper for a vacation or weekend getaway. There are many Cabins in the area to choose from. Getting a cabin for a week is a good idea. Bring your fishing poles. Plenty of fishing available in the area. Go for long strolls and have a picnic. Plenty of picnic tables available. Lake Cayuga is near the area. Canoeing and kayak would be a fun time on the lake. Also, playgrounds for kids near Lake Cayuga. The park has three pavilions range from $75 to $ 150.                                                                                                                                            Have a cookout and bring your grill. There are many grills to choose from if you need a new one. There may be grills already at the park. Bring a cooler for food and beverages. Review all equipment you bring, so you don’t forget anything. Lots of activities in the park. Those who decide to plan for a vacation to Robert H Treman Park won’t be disappointed.  Pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times. Leave a message if you like.
