I usually make a list of things needed. review things to bring along so you don’t forget anything. Find a good location to pitch a tent. A tent or more than one according to how many people are going along. Food to be placed in a cooler for cook outs and snacks. Bring plenty of drinks for your stay in the woods. Clothing for how many days to be away and so on. Usually, I bring a fold able campfire grill for cook outs. To be placed over a fire to cook chicken, fish, or desired food.                                                                                                      Also, spices for cooking food helps if desired.  Its small enough to bring and doesn’t take up space like a large grill. A non-sticking grilling basket for a campfire is also good. Someone could get a collapsible wash basin. Thats something like two containers fill one with soapy water and the other with rinse water. There are animals in the area that can smell food from a distance and may come to your camp hungry. Washing the dishes cuts the smell of food and you have clean dishes.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Bring fishing poles if you like to fish from a boat or on shore. At least a lantern for nighttime use I’d recommend. Along with flashlights and campfire emits light some. Batteries are a good idea to bring along as could be needed. Cell phones don’t always have the range or connection. Relax and read a book in a hammock. Fold able chairs are a must for the occasion.                                    Take a dip in the water on hot summer days. Bring a blow-up raft to relax on the water or go tubing on a river or lake. Depending on if water is deep enough could bring scuba gear and flippers.                                                                                                                                                         Always be aware of your surroundings while camping or on the water. Hiking is a lot of fun and planning your hike is important. Could bring a canteen for long hikes to keep the water cold to drink. Some sort of emergency supplies if someone gets hurt. Never hike by yourself, go with a group of people and its more fun. Canoeing or kayaking is a lot of fun and I recommend either. Water skiing if someone has a motorboat.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            There are a lot of board games that kids or adults can play while camping. Corn hole, ring toss and horseshoes are some people’s favorites. Volleyball and soft ball are popular games. Kids could play tag games and frisbee throwing. Laser tag could be a fun kid’s game. At night someone have a telescope to spot constellations. Campfire stories can be interesting.                                                                                                                                                  These are some things needed for a camping adventure.
