Greetings! I’m Jeff and this is my camping site. I like the outdoors and new locations to camp at. jeff@mycampingvacationsites.com 300 Forest Road Forest Lakes AZ (928) 535-7300 Looking for a place to take a vacation away from your everyday things. Then you may have found a good place for scenery and a great time. Review things to bring along so you don’t forget anything. Bear Canyon Lake consists of 60 surface acres with a maximum depth of 50 feet. Look for a place to set up your campsite. Build a campfire and pitch your tent. Have a cooler with food and drinks kept cold. An Rv- Camper with a generator in case there are no power hook ups available. There may be cabins and lodging in the area also. There is a Bear Canyon Trail to Mount Lemmon trail that is a 20.8-mile hike trail. The trail is considered a challenging route and takes a little more than 11 hours to complete. Have good boots or sneakers with good cushion soles. This trail is great for backpacking, and someone could plan to set up a temporary camp and continue hiking the next day. The best time for this trail is Sept through April and dogs aren’t allowed on this trail. 
There may not be cell phone connection available in some areas. Set of walkie talkies would be a good substitute for a group of hikers to communicate with each other. Insect repellent for those nasty mosquitoes. Campfire smoke helps keep flying insects away from your campsite. Good idea to have a first aid kit in case someone gets hurt. Have a camera to take awesome photos of the scenery to look at later. 
Have a canoe, kayak to paddle around the lake and look at the scenery and enjoy your day. Wear a life jacket is a good idea. Scuba diving and snorkeling are lots of fun. Water ski and wind sailing are popular activities. Bring your fishing poles as there are many species of fish to be caught. Can fish from a boat or from along the shore. There are catfish, sunfish, rainbow trout, tiger trout, cutthroat trout, and brown trout. Have a cookout back at the campsite over the campfire or grill for dinner. There are many animal species in the woods that can smell food from a distance and come to your camp hungry. Wash your dishes in a couple containers, one with soapy water and the other with rinse water. Washing the dishes cuts the smell of food and you have clean dishes. Try not to leave food out while away from the campsite and at night when people are sleeping. 
Lay out in the sun and get a suntan on hot summer days and then take a dip in the water to cool off. Take a swim at night and the water feels warmer. Have an innertube or raft to float around and have fun. Could float downstream on a river and flow with the current and look at the scenery and enjoy your day. There are many activities such as corn hole, ring toss, and horseshoes. Play a board game or cards. Throw around a football or frisbee. Play catch with a ball and glove. Groups of people can play volleyball or soccer. 
There are playgrounds at the park for the kids to play on. They can play laser tag and hide and seek at night. Have a telescope to look at the stars and constellations. Skip stones on a river or lake. 
Have a picnic on a blanket or at the picnic table. Take long walks in the woods on paths or trails and look at the scenery. Lay on a hammock to relax and read a book. Pet Policy- Pets are not allowed inside facilities. Pet owners must clean up immediately after their pet in all areas except the (pet area) located south of the campsites below the hill. Pets may be unleashed in the (pet area) but must stay within the fence lines. Pets must not be left unattended. Aggressive pets are not allowed to stay. Does your site discuss different camping sites? I think the visuals are beautiful. Very nice. It’s good you discuss the unique features of each camping site, as well as what to bring with you when you go camping. Each camping site has something different to offer. There are different activities to do. You do a good job of discussing these different activities.
